Lustre and Lightness

Wall-mounting the vanity allows for a view of the flooring, creating the illusion that the bathroom is larger than it is in reality. Note the large mirror and the light at play on the glossy surfaces which adds to the illusion of a larger space.

By selecting a material such as Brilliant Black overhung with a white quartz counter, the clients chose long term durability and easy maintenance. For the designer, it was important to provide each member of the household personal storage space since they would be sharing the same bathroom. For example, the U-shaped drawer in front of the drain optimizes the available storage space. On each side, large drawers with compartments keep everything well organized. Mission accomplished!
