  • What is the process for building a kitchen?

    The process takes place in 5 key steps:

    1. Consultation & Design, to plan and estimate your project.
    2. Measurements, to ensure perfect precision.
    3. Production, custom manufacturing at our factory.
    4. Delivery, careful transportation of your cabinets and countertop.
    5. Installation, carried out with precision by our experts.

  • Do we need to book an appointment with a kitchen designer?

    Yes, booking an appointment is strongly recommended to ensure that a kitchen designer is available to give you their full attention during your visit.

  • Do you offer in-home appointments?

    Yes. After the initial meeting in our showroom, our designers come to your home to validate the measurements and ensure the design fits perfectly with your architecture.

  • What should I bring to a first appointment?

    Bring approximate measurements of your room, photos of the current space, and inspiration images (Pinterest, Instagram) to help us understand your style.

  • Are you open on Saturdays?

    Yes, we are open on Saturdays, generally by appointment, to accommodate the schedules of our busy clients.

  • Do you offer delivery and installation of cabinets?

    Yes, we manage everything from A to Z. The process is coordinated by our own teams: our delivery team first transports your cabinets with care, then our specialized installers ensure precise and meticulous installation.

  • Where do the materials come from?

    As a family-owned Quebec company, we prioritize local purchasing to support our economy. Most of our panels and components come from Quebec and Canadian suppliers and distributors, such as Tafisa, Uniboard, Richelieu, Rocheleau, HanStone, and several others.

  • Do I need to find a contractor?

    For the installation of cabinets and countertops, we take care of everything. For plumbing, electrical, or demolition work, we can recommend trusted partner contractors.
